IMPORTANT: To comply with APMG requirements, all candidates will be required to produce evidence of identity before sitting exams. Examples of acceptable identification include your passport, photocard driving licence, or student identification card from a recognised educational institution (e.g F.E College or University). Your identification must include a current, recognisable photograph. We recommend that you bring your identification with you on the first day of the course so that the tutor can confirm its suitability as early as possible.
Bookings for courses will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.If a course is full, your name will be placed on a reserve list.If a place becomes available, you will be notified.Provisional bookings will be accepted.However, a booking will only be regarded as confirmed once a completed booking form, including payment details, has been received.
Cancellation: Once a booking has been confirmed, cancellation terms(including fees) will apply; 100% of the course cost(less exam fees) will be charged if delegate cancellation occurs within 3 weeks of the course commencement date. An administration fee of £150 will also be charged in respect of delegates who transfer to different course dates within 3 weeks of the course commencement date. Final details about the course, how to get there, and other arrangements as applicable will be sent out prior to the course, although in cases of very short notice this will be done by e - mail rather than by post.
If the NTI has to cancel a course for any reason, any monies already paid will be refunded in full.
In the case of unavoidable last - minute cancellation of a course, we regret that the NTI will be unable to refund travel costs incurred.
